Business relationship building 101

How to create added value to your existing clients and prospects. Track some key data, when you come across something that will be of interest to them. Send the info to them in a timely manner. If it relates to more than one client or prospect, ensure you personalize it. We all like to think that we are the top of the list. Develop a system that you can find out what your client prospect care about. Do they do Trade Shows, you may want to visit the show and find out who they are influenced by. What does their advertising tell you? You can use search engines to find good and bad information about others, try using it to. You maybe able to compliment them on an achievement.

I know it seems like work, however you will be able to add value to the client prospect when you get the opportunity to sell them.
